In September 2013 I started training at Personal Fit Club. I have osteoarthritis in my knee. My trainer pays a lot of attention to what I can and can not do. I go to the training sessions with great pleasure
I immediately felt comfortable at Personal Fit Club. Training and nutrition advice at the highest level. For example, I made photos of the menu in restaurants and sent to Lisette. She then told me what I could choose and where I should stay away from. You can call that advice to measure!
Since I joined the Personal Fit Club I am much fitter, I walk hard again and I do not suffer from my hip anymore. I also lost almost 6 kilos and lost the necessary centimeters.
