Personal data that we process

Personal Fit Club processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

• Other personal data that you actively provide for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
• Information about your activities on our website

• Chamber of Commerce number

We collect this data for the correct processing of a request for a trial lesson, introductory meeting or a contact request.

Personal Fit Club processes your personal data on the basis of:

How long we store personal data

Personal Fit Club does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use a retention period of 2 years for the personal data that we collect through your assignment, website or via Google Analytics. According to the law, we keep data that is necessary for the tax authorities for 7 years. After this period, all data will be destroyed or deleted.

Personal Fit Club does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
